Queen bed, Dresser, closet, Tv. Room down stairs access to own bathroom and garage converted into seating area also available for your use. kitchen area available for your use as well just make sure you clean up immediately after. House located in Sun City center 5-10 mins to local Walmart and lots of other shopping near by. Rent is on a month to month basis. Renter must give a 30day notice upon departure.

My fiancé and I have 3 children (not little babies/toddlers). No pets we all occupy the upper part of our home. We barely use the down stairs portion of our home. The kids are never downstairs only when they are eating. My fiancé only use the downstairs area when he is watching tv unless I’m home then we watch tv upstairs. We are a close family and everyone is polite and kind.
