Own room in a fully furnished house, ideal for a serious student or working professional. The room for rent is unfurnished but there is a wall-mounted TV and good closet space.
Shared bathroom with one other person.
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishware and utensils, all cooking ware. Shared pantry space.
Large backyard with patio table and chairs, and a nice lounging area and BBQ.
Washer and dryer in the garage, but no other storage space available in garage. A good sized driveway for off-street parking.
The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and within a few minutes walking distance to Laguna Lake and a shopping center with a Grocery Outlet, CVS, coffee shop, restaurants, nail salon, etc. A five minute drive to Costco, Whole Foods, Homegoods, Home Depot, Target, Trader Joes and other grocery stores. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown SLO, Cal Poly University and 15 minute drive to Cuesta College.
About the roomies
Current residents are two working females. One owns a wedding cake business, the other works for Animal Services. We are quiet, clean and respectful of each other’s privacy and would love to share the home with someone like-minded.
