We are a group of French and American young professionals, who are looking for a cool roommates in Royal Oak. This room is for immediate occupancy. The right person, you can move in with-in 24 hours.
ABOUT OUR PLACE: All rooms and houses are fully furnished for those coming from outside the state or country to make it easy for them to move-in Hassel free.
ABOUT OUR NEW ROOMIE: It is very important for all of us to live in a clean environment and we are looking for the new roommate to be responsible, clean and friendly.

Some Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
Are all places coed? Yes, we offer rooms to qualified individual and males and females are both welcome to join our international friendly home.
What are my lease options? Best lease rates for 12 months and are advertised above, but you can also have a 6 months and a 3 months special accommodations made for smaller terms lease. (Please note that not all locations have a short term lease option.)
How are utilities paid? All roommates share utilities.
What is covered under utilities? Heat, water and gas are shared between roommates. WiFi, trash removal and sewerage are covered by owner.
What are the house shared items? All pots and pans, china, sliver ware and basic items that are in the house are shared. You are welcome to have your own items or use what is available.
What is expected of me? A very clean individual, professional or a mature students are welcome. Friendly and courteous and to follow all house rules. It’s a shared living place for everyone, but also a home away from home where great friendships are developed. Create memories, not enemies. Have a budget for the maintenance and cleaning supplies that are shared with other roommates. Help manage a clean place for you and for your roommates as a team.
What do I bring with me when moving-in? House is fully furnished and so as the room. Its setup so that international friends can move in with the minimal hassle. We expect you to buy your own bedding and use all the common dishes, but do contribute when your house find anything that can be added to commonly used items.
