Your private bedroom off of (clean, tidy) shared living space has hardwood floors, a spacious closet, and two windows, one south-facing and one west-facing, with a view of several trees and perennial flowers in the large back and side yards. When you wake up in the morning (if that’s your thing), you’ll hear birds chirping pleasantly. It is a family-friendly, quiet neighborhood with a diversity of income levels. On bus route, near 23rd and Louisiana. LGBTQ+ friendly. No cigarette smoking.

Your bathroom is downstairs and quite spacious. Also downstairs is a washer and dryer, LOTS of storage space, and a large room (not pictured) suitable for a work-from-home, study, or band practice space (former tenant was a drummer).

I am 36, female, queer. I am very friendly and social AND really value time alone. I enjoy hosting the occasional gathering of small groups for shared meals or sitting around the fire pit in the back yard.

One well-behaved dog and cat share the space as well. We can discuss how your pet(s) will get along with them!
