Quynh's room

Well maintained home in desirable location. Upstairs includes two bedrooms and an office/guest room. The basement includes gym area, living room, play area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Major cross streets are Tamarac and Hampden. Across from trailheads and walking distance to Target shopping plaza. We are renting out two bedrooms in the basement. The rooms are $1000 each, the roommates will share the bathroom. If you’d like the one bedroom and restroom to yourself, message or text and we could work something out.

We are a family of four with two kids and a 11 year old golden doodle. We both work full time with busy schedules.
