About the room

Master bedroom furnished with king bed and balcony and loft overlook. Clean proper roommate with good background like Military or professional, old or young will be great for this room and this neighborhood. Will have garage space for 1 car but hey if you ride motorcycles then that makes for more space. Preferably just having 1 car would be ideal to not take up any parking lot spaces in neighborhood. Room has Double sinks and double closets. 2 separate shower heads with 4 massage-style heads in shower. King bed is a Casper Hybrid mattress that’s very comfortable and not too soft or too firm and you’ll want to sleep all day and night. Last few people caused some problems like abusing electricity and taking up the whole fridge and pantry and was just downright non considerate of home or of me so to be safe for you and me, we’re making a small contract agreement. Those are the main issues and will just have an agreement that if any house rules or HOA rules are violated then there will be a short amount of days to leave home. Ex: such as fighting tenants or guests in home or fighting neighbors in an untastly fashion. Breaking things without communicating it to me or stealing other peoples food or throwing away peoples food multiple times etc. Very basic principals but for transparency we’ll try to put all the big issues in writing so all is good and legal. Stay will be a maximum of 6 months but we will play it by ear when the time comes because my fiancé and I will need the house to ourselves sometime between September and December this year. HOA has been very laid back, I’ve even spilled some oil in my driveway and no complaints have been sent or citations issues etc. HOA pays for garbage, water and sewage. ELECTRICITY is the only thing to be split amongst tenants which is about 85ish right now to be split 3 ways. Wi-Fi is covered by me and COX Countor is covered by me as well as HOA monthly fee. About me, I’m 28 years old, veteran, work out and work all the time. I’m gonna be going to academy training for about 6 months here pretty soon which is why the master will be available. Very laid back just respect me and the home and surroundings, don’t be passive aggressive or secretive about breaking something in the home. I rented rooms for my Air Force career and know what its like to be a tenant and help clean or live with other people which is why I think its necessary to have a rental agreement etc. I don’t party or drink, don’t smoke. I don’t allow drug usage of any kind, for smoking just make sure it’s outside on the patio.

About the roomies

The rest of the house is old gentleman who works for National Park service and is a sweet old guy that always looks out for everyone, like the grandfather of the home. Other tenant(when I leave) is middle aged Forest Worker also who has gigs set up where he’ll be home for about a week and gone for about a week. Both men are great guys with zero issues and you can go to them for anything.
