Newly built home in a nice neighborhood with a community pool. Located between Colton and Rialto. Right next to Arrowhead hospital, Walmart and many establishments. Minutes away from the 10 freeway. This will be a short term rental with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year. Room is currently occupied by me until I move out before January 2024 and it will be unfurnished. There is a side yard for our dog klaus (husky) so you must like dogs. You’ll have a private room with a shared bathroom with the other room mate and individual parking spot. Utilities are paid to include internet.

REQUIRED FROM YOU:

• Minimum Lease is 6 months or more depending on what you’re looking for I can be flexible. I don’t do month to month leases
• Non-refundable security deposit of $250 is required to move in
• Background check is Required no Exception (you pay for the background check fee)
• 25 years and older
• Must have a Full time Job
• Must be Able to Provide Proof Of Employment / Income. At least 3 pay stubs is required
• Single Occupant Only
• No other pets
• Clean Roommates Needed and must be able to clean up after themselves
• No parties

There are two people living here including myself at the moment. The room you will be occupying looks like this room, but has a walk in closet. Everyone works during the day time. There is a husky who is 6 years old. Most of the time he sleeps or wanders around. Sometimes we are off on weekends and would prefer someone who we can get along with. An interview and background check will be done by both of us. LGBTQ+🏳️‍🌈 friendly and prefer a male who is the same.
