1 bedroom w/ Garage space available in a 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom in La Jolla right off Eastgate Mall road. The townhouse is an end unit so only one wall is shared with a neighbor. The unit also has an attached 2 car garage and a washer/dryer.You can walk to UTC, the trolley and other little shopping centers in less than 10 minutes. One of my favorite features of this place is the covered back patio with lots of plants. Additionally, the house is a short walk to the well-kept neighborhood pool/jacuzzi.

About the Rooms: All the bedrooms have great light and closets. These rooms would share the upstairs bathroom as shown in the photos. If you’d like to do a walkthrough, feel free to ping me. The room is available now and I’m hoping to have it filled by Feb 1 for a year. The deposit ($1200) and first month’s of rent would be due at signing.

About Us: Hi, I’m 26 and just moved back to San Diego! I work as a data engineer for a local med-tech company hybrid style, going into the office 3 days a week. The other housemate, Nidhi, is in her late 20s and also works from home. After work I tend to go to the gym , hot yoga or watch Netflix with my dog Ollie. I love walking, cooking and vibing to good music. I am pretty social but after work, I usually chill in my room to decompress before coming to hang out with any housemates that are downstairs. I like to have people over occasionally for movie/game nights on the weekends. Hopefully you’d be comfortable enough to join! I have a 35 lb mixed lab who is really friendly and will be your best friend if you give him pets and a treat. He is not a barker unless someone knocks or rings the bell.

About You: Hoping to find someone else in their mid/late-20s that is a working professional. If you are respectful and clean I’m sure we’d get along.
