Randy's room

This is a fully furnished private half of an entire house with its own entrance. (~800 square ft) You have the master bedroom with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. You also have your own living and dining room with access to the patio and backyard. Please note, the kitchen is shared. The house is located in the Spring Oaks community. The property has 5 outdoor cameras surrounding the house. It is situated in an incredible location: the Wekiva trail is within walking distance away as well as a paid recreation center with activities and even a pool. We are 5 minutes from Cranes Roost Park, Altamonte Mall, and a bunch of local activities and restaurants. The entrance to I4 is only 2 minutes. With no traffic, you can get to a beach in 45 min, downtown in 15 min, and Disney in 30 min. For students, UCF is roughly half an hour away. You are expected to clean up after yourself. The kitchen should be kept tidy at all times. Absolutely no drugs, smoking, pets, or partying. You can have a friend or two over occasionally but please be considerate and respectful to everyone else. Overnight guests need to be discussed beforehand. Rent is due promptly on the 1st of every month. It includes all utilities and the internet. A background check is required. Looking for a working person who are clean, responsible, and respectful. At least 2x the rent amount in income is required. 1 person ideally, 2 people max.

The rooms on the other side of the house are rented out individually to all males.
