Renting out an unfurnished single room, in a newly renovated four-bedroom house. House comes with central air and heating, new vinyl flooring and new kitchen. House is in a great location with proximity to restaurants, both COC and CCC college campuses, coffee shops, grocery stores, public schools, public transportation, the metro link station and more!

Pet Policy: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets, as we are already at full capacity, with two small dogs and two cats.

Common Areas: This will include the front yard, backyard, dining room, living room, kitchen, laundry room and the communal bathroom.

Monthly Rent: $1025 per month with utilities included. Also includes free internet. Although we do not provide TV cable services. Reserved driveway parking is also an option for an additional $25 monthly charge. Otherwise, there is plenty of free curbside parking.

How to Apply: If interested in the room, we can go ahead and schedule a quick phone interview to see if we are a good match and we can schedule a house showing from there. You can then apply through a third party on Apartments.com where we will run credit for all applicants, as well as a background check. Apartments.com charges a fee of $25 for each application.

We are all very respectful and mindful of others. We do mostly keep to ourselves since we all have varying and busy schedules. House will be shared with 3 other male roommates, and as such, we will each have weekly chores to help maintain the common areas clean. We will also keep inventory of all common area cleaning and household supplies and split the costs among all roommates. This is all to maintain a clean and efficient shared household.
