Absolutely gorgeous apartment available about a mile from downtown Portsmouth. The building is very quiet consisting of mostly young professionals who also enjoy peace and quiet past 9PM. Background & credit check required and larger dogs will have to be discussed with the building manager (not my rule). Building is smoke free as well.
Previous roommate backed out last minute so it is just me in a two-bed, one full-bath. For both our interests I would like to meet in person for coffee or lunch before any agreement. Thank you!
