Newly built house in quaint neighborhood within 10 minutes of Old Town Fort Collins. House is fully furnished (including kitchen items, workout equipment, etc.) and you’ll have one bedroom, and one full bathroom, entirely to yourself. Common areas will be shared. Garage is available for parking, and the house also has a great deck with a few of the mountains and a side yard for outdoor activities.

I am a young working professional that’s on the road a fair amount. I am clean, organized, and keep to myself. I have a dog that travels with me wherever I go. Looking for a clean roommate to appreciate the great spaces this house has to offer.
