The property is a gated community with plethora of visitor parking spots. Our apartment is on the first floor so no worries about carrying items up stairs! The backyard is shared and it is pretty big and you can sit on the porch and watch the sunset. The room is furnished with a bed but no dresser I wanted to keep it open as possible for the next roomie to decorate it to how they prefer. The apartment is and open layout between the dining room and living room. Utilities usually come out to $130 for two people but that also depends on our water usage. Electricity is through PGE and that also fluctuates between $30 to $100. Wifi is $15 each person you can opt in or opt out for Wifi if needed. I also have a amazon fire tv that uses wifi so honestly that is the only thing that uses wifi in the house.

It is just me on the property. I am very clean and organized. I work almost 24/7 so you will barely see me home during the day. I love to cook and bake mainly baking so whoever is my new roomie will be spoiled with sweets! I love hiking and I go ever Sunday which are my only days off at times.

What I’m looking for:

Someone who is responsible, able to pay rent/bills on time. Cleanliness (especially in the bathroom and shared areas of the house). We all live here so we all chip in, take out the garbage, vacuum, sweep, clean up the kitchen, etc. Respectful individuals who are open minded. I don’t discriminate based on race, sexual orientation, gender, etc. and I ask that you hold this value as well. No drama, I value this house as a safe space and would like to keep it free of stress/conflict.
