It is a spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath with a great kitchen and living room. There is access to a big backyard that is shared with the other two units in the building. The location is two blocks away from McCarren Park, a five minute walk to L Lorimer Stop, and 8 minute walk to the G Metropolitan. The available room has a closet and two big windows.
About the roomies
I am a 22 year old art student and nanny. I am in full time school during the semester and work on my time off. I cook almost all my meals and keep the apartment VERY clean. I have a regular yoga practice and love to go to the rock climbing gym down the road (Vital is amazing). I also have a cat named Percy. I am an early riser and go to bed early as well! I like to maintain a quiet oasis away from the city.
