My name is obviously Peter and I own and manage a few properties. When I first arrived at Virginia, I rented cheap rooms and had a bad experience. Twice. I vowed to be a great landlord and offer a fantastic living experience. Almost a decade later, with many referrals, I can’t wait to help you with a great living experience too!

A bit about me: I’m an entrepreneur, I’ve been on the Science Channel, I’m an investor, car enthusiast and I’m a friend. Many of my tenants regularly join for BBQs, hikes, offroad trips, pizza parties and happy hours. Who you rent from is just as if not more important than what you rent.

I am pretty selective though as I prefer only the best most responsible tenants. The current tenants are quiet, into video games but have no problem chatting it up too. Great people and easy to live with.

Now the place itself: Luxury house near major highways for easy travel. Near trails for fitness activities! Recently fully remodeled, fully furnished with beautifully appointed furniture, dishes, cups, and cooking utensils.

This listing is for one bedroom with a privare bathroom in a 5 bedroom house. The other bedrooms are already taken, it’s a hot market!

Utilities do not change very much and include water, electric and FIOS and are $150 a month.

It’s one room, so it’s only for one person.

This property is managed by a professional landlord (me) that manages multiple properties so all maintenance requests get handled promptly. Dogs are welcome, the hardwood floors are perfect for pets as is the massive fenced in yard with a pool!
