Furnished Private bedroom, Bed only. The bathroom is a shared space as well as the living room and Kitchen. Washer and dryer, all utilities included. You will have a parking space, no garage. I do have a dog so you must be ok with animals. This is a condo in the Oakbrook neighborhood of Florence KY. Lots of walking trails and you have access to swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court.
