One quiet room in a 5-room single-family home. The house is located in the highly sought-after neighborhood of west Carmel Valley, close to freeway 5 and 56, and two unique shopping centers namely Del Mar Highlands Town Center and One Paseo.
About the roomies
The house is currently owner-occupied. We are professional, easy-going, and quiet people. A playful dog and a cool cat are living inside the house with us. They are both people-friendly. We have a simple routine during the day and keep a normal schedule at night. We enjoy hiking, cooking, and watching TV sometimes. We don’t drink alcohol and are non-smoking people. We also like to go to concerts when time permits.
