Brandon's room

Easy freeway access, lots of restaurants nearby, and an all around nice area to live. Room has it’s own walk-in closet (about half the size as the master bedroom closet). Garage space available, as well as open outside parking for guests. Townhomes are only a few years old with central A/C. There are two floors, with the living room and kitchen on the ground level and the bedrooms/bathrooms on the second floor.

We all are pretty quiet and keep to ourselves. Very easygoing and have never had issues with the living situation. My roommate and I are both male. We plan on renewing for another 12 months before revisiting the option to renew the lease again.
