The previous tenant moved out in an emergency and now we need it filled as soon as possible. Move-in date is ASAP, with pro-rated June rent. The rental term is 9 months, ending at the end of Feb ’24. Rent is $875 monthly and utilities are around $200 monthly. $200 security deposit. Great 1 story house in Juanita area built in the 60s. All wood floors. Heating but no AC. Large fenced backyard- lots of plants and gardening opportunities available. Street parking is plentiful. Washer and dryer in the home. Sharing a bathroom with 1 other person who is very clean. Beautifully furnished shared living spaces. Quiet neighborhood that is very walkable and close to infrastructure. We have 1 dog in the home who is amazing but cannot add any other pets.

Hi! We are Jesse (30, he/him) and Mindi (27, she/they), and we are looking for a roommate to fill a room in our current house. We currently have one other roommate (Michael, 27, he/him) who plans to stay throughout the duration of this lease as well. Unfortunately we have a maximum occupancy of 4 tenants so we cannot accommodate a couple.

We have a nearly 2yo pup named Pluto who is very playful and loving - she is very well trained but is about 50lbs, so you would need to be OK with pets! Unfortunately we are not able to have any more animals in the house at this time (with the exception of perhaps reptiles or other small pets).

We both currently work from home full-time. He is a drummer, metalhead, and gaming nerd and I am a neurodivergent stoner who enjoys quiter activities like crafts and reading.

He drums on an electronic drum kit 3-4 times/week during daytime or early evening hours. It is quieter than a traditional drum set and we are always willing to work around others’ schedules for preferred quiet times.

We cook dinner about 3 times/week currently (Hello Fresh) and tend to get takeout most other days. We do expect everyone to clean up after themselves after using shared spaces but we also hire a cleaning service to come once per month to clean toilets, mop floors, etc. (The cost of this is reflected in the utilities.)

The house is a single-story rambler in Kirkland’s Idylwood neighborhood. Home has newer bathrooms, lighting, paint, kitchen, and 100% hardwood floors. Close to Juanita Beach, Juanita Village, 405 and Downtown Kirkland. Fully fenced large backyard and patio area. It is a 4 bed/2 bath so you would be sharing a bathroom with one other tenant.

We also expect a potential roommate to be COVID-conscious and respectful of others’ health needs.
