Centrally located, close to freeways, short drive to downtown Sacramento and colleges. Rent and Amenities: Rent $700, last month rent $700 and $600 for cleaning and security deposit/utilities due upon move in. Split monthly utilities and WiFi (generally between $150- $250). Month to month lease. Rent is due 1st of every month. Required two references and current credit check. Either party must provide 30-day notice if the room is to be vacated. No pets allowed.
