About the room
This apartment has a balcony. Perfect for people that smoke or like cloud watching. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. I have a bathroom attached to my room. You’d share the bathroom with the other roommate.
The rent is $2000 but divided by 3 people rent is 667 each, very cheap/affordable!
It’s a very spacious apartment, large kitchen, living room, etc. if you have your own furniture I will have space as my current roommates are taking their furniture with them! We do also have storage below the apartment. Perfect if you ride a bike. We also have parking for motor vehicles. The only utilities to be paid are electric and internet.
About the roomies
Just me so far! I need two roommates!
I’m quiet and respectful and very easy going. I’m hardly home and when I am you wouldn’t even know. I don’t usually have friends over either.
