Hello, I have a three bedroom home located in a great neighborhood in the Colerain area (25 minutes from downtown Cincinnati). This would be your own private room with a shared bathroom and shared common areas. In home washer and dryer as well! Driveway and Street parking. Rent would be $700 a month and we would split the utilities equally. Or we could do $900 a month and I will pay the utilities in full. I do have a dog, He is fixed, vaccinated and very friendly! He’s a super chill guy! Happy to crate him when I’m not home if that’s a preference. I do have a privacy fenced in backyard with a deck and Firepit. A Brand new security system, you would have your own door/alarm code. I pay a Local pest control subscription which keeps the spiders etc away! I am Looking for a roommate that is clean, friendly and respectful. If you are interested or have any questions please message me! I am open to short or long term rental agreements.
