Lucas's room

I have a room that needs to be filled since my roommate is leaving. I prefer a male under 25 years old. This cannot be a student per the township rules. The room needs to be furnished but the rest of the apartment is completely furnished.

I am a laid back guy. I like to go out but I like staying in too. I work and am in class a lot so I usually get home relatively late. I’m extremely clean. I’m quiet as well. I would definitely like someone who is the same. I like video games, working out, sports, and hanging out with friends.
