Private bedroom with a ‘main’ bathroom in the hall; second bedroom opposite will be available later. Bathroom is currently solo use for this room; shower/bath, two sinks.

Hot water, internet, electrical, heating/cooling included. use of home entertainment. A/C and heat.

Kitchen is stocked with basics. Purified water in water dispenser.

Washer, dryer, other appliances included. Shared living areas. while the room is unfurnished, it could technically be partially furnished; just no bed.

2 cats in the house.

This exact moment, a bunch of stuff in stacked up in the bedroom but will be out within a day.

As soon as I can get back on their schedule, we’ll have monthly deep cleans from a cleaning service.

Currently just me, the live in owner. Work from home in my office, otherwise travel regularly for work. Ideally a roommate who is also a working professional. 2 cats in the house. Large shared spaces, back patio, garden.
