Ami's room

Hello,

I am moving into a new build townhouse in Lewisville and am looking for a female roommate to move in at the end of February or beginning of March. The neighborhood is accessible to Highway 121, 35E, and is only 15 minutes from DFW Airport.

The house is in a gated community. It has two floors, with your room on the first. The room will be furnished with a bed and a nightstand. The bathroom is shared, but it is mostly yours unless guests are over. You’ll also have your own parking space in the garage, as well as access to all communal areas (living room, dining, kitchen, office room, patio and balcony). No smoking on property. I do have a two-year-old mini goldendoodle who will be living with us, and I prefer that he be the only pet for the time being. He’s extremely friendly and welcoming, so someone who is also pet friendly would be ideal! No other pets please.

The monthly rent will be $1,100. (utilities included) A background check will be necessary. Currently in the process of moving in, if you’d like pictures & videos of the place and are interested, please message me!

I work from home for an IT consulting firm as a Data Engineer. I am currently completing my Masters of Science in Data Science/Data Analytics at TWU and will graduate this spring semester :)

I’m laid back, easygoing, and obsessed with my dog, who is my little baby. I also enjoy going to the gym, reading, and spending time with my friends!
