Alivia's room

Hi there, our names are Alivia and Leann!! We are 22 and 23 years old and looking for a third roommate! We live in a newly built townhome located in the Hamilton Church Manor Community of Antioch. Quick access to area hotspots—such as Nashville International Airport, J. Percy Priest Lake and Long Hunter State Park. You’ll also enjoy convenient proximity to US-41, I-24 and SR-171. It is a 3bedroom, 3 bathroom layout with each bed/bath on their own floor! It would be a flexible lease that could be discussed. It would be $900 for rent (that includes wifi, trash and water and electric). If you would like the room furnished with bed nightstand and TV it would be $910. We have an indoor 1 year old cat named Minx and would prefer to not have another animal but are open to it!

Leann and I and very down to earth, hardworking, and fun girls. We love nights in drinking wine or going out to different spots in Nashville! We are clean people and would hope our roommate does the same.
