Room is fully furnished or brimg your own. Home is located three blocks from riverline which can take you to Trenton or Camden each with contentions to Philadelphia and NY. Street parking. full use of kitchen and common areas. 30 minutes drive to Philadelphia, hour and half to beaches, two hours to NY and Baltimore. Home has hardwood floors throughout and was built in 1903. Does not come w bedding our laundry use.

Professional woman who works four days a week. I love to spend time working on my home, riding my horse, or out with friends. I live alone with no pets. I do have a boyfriend w visits every other weekend I don’t party and do not have any children or grandchildren. Im very clean and expect the same to whom i rent the room too.
