The basement has a full bathroom, living room space, fridge, kitchen storage and a shared walk-in closet. In-unit washer and dryer available. The common area space and the bathroom in the basement will only be shared with a female tenant, who is occupying a private room. The basement has its own entrance access. A maximum of one person per room is allowed to rent.
