Quinn's room

• I love this apartment but cannot afford full rent ($2150) so I am looking for someone to split the rent so that I can stay here (pics coming soon)
• Apartment is located in Forge Village area of Westford, MA, there is a convenience/liquor store and coffee shop down the street
• Forge Pond is at the bottom of the street, a great spot for walks
• There are 2 rooms in the apartment that are available for renting. One will remain open, possible office space or storage
• Laundry is in-unit
• Dishwasher in kitchen
• Beautiful yard, garden, porch, and fire pit that we are free to use
• Landlord lives on first floor of house and is quick to respond and fix things (hasn’t been much to fix since I moved in 1.5 years ago)
• Expenses (wifi, electricity, heat) are roughly $130 (would be split between you and me)

I work full-time (40 hours a week) and go to grad part time school for data analytics. I work from home 3 days a week. I have a girlfriend that will visit/stay over a couple times a week. I enjoy listening to music, snowboarding, and reading. I am clean and respectful.
