Hello Potential Roomies. I am renting out my spare bedroom in an apartment complex located in Anaheim. This room is 11’x15’ with its own closet. You can comfortably fit a queen size bed and desk on one half and still have room (as shown in reference photo). Right outside the room is the in-unit washer/dryer and after that your bathroom (pictured). It is a shared bathroom but only shared with our guests (guest bathroom). The bathroom must always stay clean and presentable since it is the guest bathroom. I always keep toiletries full stocked (toilet paper, hand towels, soap, and baby wipes). This unit is on the 5th floor (top floor) so there are no neighbors above us, just below us so tread lightly. I keep my apartment clean and presentable at all times so you must be in the habit of immediately picking up and cleaning after yourself in the common areas (washroom, living room, kitchen, patio). Your rent includes (1) parking spot (it is a tandem), utilities/bills, and wifi. Full access to the kitchen and cooking is allowed but please conduct cleanup immediately after using. No dishes or messes are to be left out unattended or overnight. The patio overlooks the amenities within the apartment complex. We have a pool, spa, gym, and game room. The pool and spa are open until 10pm but the small gym is open 24 hours. You will be given a key fob and keypad pin code to access all these amenities. This room is available starting April 2024. I am the only other roomie you will have in this apartment. I am a 33 year-old male who works full time during the day - some days from home. Occasionally on the weekends I do like to have friends over for game nights or just a kickback. They and I are very respectful of your privacy and quiet hours (10pm-8am). I am not much of a partier but do enjoy a good social cocktail hour. I am friendly, approachable, prompt, very clean and detail oriented, as well as hospitable. This is my home and extend it to anyone who is just as courteous.
