Karina's room

I have a 3 bedroom home that I am looking to rent out 1 room out of. I have a 40 lbs non shedding dog and 4 non shedding cats. There is a full bathroom available for your private use. The bedroom is furnished.

I am 26 and work full time so the house is quiet during the day. Non- cigarette smoking is a must. Must be clean and trust worthy. I would prefer a female but am open to males. My last roommate turned into one of my best friends, but if you prefer to keep to yourself that is ok too.
