This complex is highly sought after and considered luxury living. It’s located in the heart of downtown St. Pete so you’re in walking distance of everything you need! Literally. We barely drive our car. Publix is across the road. There are restaurants/cafe’s/bars all around and beach drive is less than a mile walk!
The amenities here are TOP notch. Resort style pool with cabanas. Sauna. Steam room. Huge jacuzzi. Really nice gym, yoga room and cycling room. Roof top terrace. Golf simulator and movie room. Luxury common area with complementary cappuccino machine.

About the roomies
My husband and I are expecting our first baby in February and looking to move into a house, so we would love to find someone to take over the remainder of the lease. You usually have to qualify to move in here by making 3x amount of the rent, but since you’ll be taking over the lease, you don’t have to! PLUS no deposit :)
