Very private property with off-street parking - dozens of restaurants and several stores nearby! You will share responsibility for the use and maintenance of the front bathroom. There is one cat here, but no other pets allowed, sorry! Month-to-month rental, and single-occupancy only.

This room is 11.5’x10.5’, with a triple-door full-wall closet (excluded from dimensions) with plenty of storage space and shelves! Full use of communal spaces included. Single occupancy only. $35 non-refundable fee for background check. First month’s rent and $750 deposit required.
