Utilities Included (including new AC in bedroom)! Furnished (pictures are pre-completely being furnished). I am rarely home and am renting a room in my shared home. This is a simple furnished 3 bedroom home with a large yard with fruit trees (including avocados, citrus, papayas, etc). I am rarely at the home. I plan to rent 1-2 of the nicer bedrooms out in the shared home. Reasonable utilities (water, electric, WIFI, and yardcare) are included.

Bedrooms have new ACs! Home is on Google mesh Wifi. Shower is a rain shower. Kitchen has an air fryer, microwave & Keurig coffee maker. Each bedroom has a smart TV. Home has many smart home features. Door lock is electronic. Washer Dryer in home, 2nd toilet on premises.

This is a very peaceful quiet neighborhood. Omao is an 18 minute drive to Lihue. It is about 8 minutes to the sunny Southside’s beaches where you can find sea turtles and monk seals consistently. There are also some of the island’s best restaurants. Historic Koloa town is a 5 minute drive or so.

Right now, no one is there very much. My assistant does errands for me there like keeping it clean and watering the plants and sending me items I need. It is a 3 bedroom and I would like to rent 1-2 bedrooms to low-key professional single persons.
