Hi, I am a 55 yo woman. I Spent 27 years in Woodstock, raising 2 boys (21 & 18). One is out of the house, the other is travelling the world until next Spring. I have been renting this beautiful 3bedroom 1.5 bath apartment in midtown Kingston for over 5 years (while the boys went to HS). The 2-story apartment has loads of light, hardwood floors and 2 entrances. Lots of on-street parking. The kitchen, 1/2 bath and living/dining rooms, are on the 1st floor. Bedrooms and a full bath are upstairs. I have 1 cat and 1 dog, both elderly. I have a background in theater and film, and have travelled extensively. I work full time M-F here in Kingston. On the weekends I enjoy cooking, reading, TV, and connecting with friends. My lovely landlords and their 2 young kids share the other half of this enormous pre-war building. I’m looking for a friendly, mature, responsible, employed, female, long term, housemate. Must have your own transportation. No pets. You can be a smoker, just NEVER in the house. The occasional drink is fine. I’m looking for someone with an open curious mind and a sense of humor. I have told you quite a lot about myself, please reply in kind with something about yourself and any questions you may have. The room is partially furnished ( shelving and a dresser, a full sized bed is also available, should you need) and unoccupied at the moment. So a gradual move-in would be okay for Feb 1st. 1 month rent deposit. And 1st month rent to move in. shared CHudson bill. Water & Wifi included. I look forward to hearing from you!
