• The townhouse is 1204 sq. ft. and has 1 & ½ bathrooms (the full bath has 2 sinks). You will have an entire bedroom to yourself.
• The location is in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood of Atlanta. It is a 15-minute drive to Georgia Tech and a 10-minute drive to Georgia State.
• We will be sharing a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove, and a full fridge
• Additional amenities include an on-site gym, outdoor pool, and visitor parking (all are free to use).
• 20-minute walk/5-minute drive to the Atlanta Beltline
• 5-minute walk to central park
• 3-minute drive to Publix

I am a Ph.D. student studying Nuclear Engineering at Georgia Tech. I am a reserved person, and I work all day most Saturdays, so you probably won’t see much of me. But if you ever want to explore a cave or go on a hike, I’d be stoked to join.
