Tessa's room

I am renting out a large (14’x17’) master bedroom in an 1800 sq ft home located in a peaceful and well secured gated golf village in Leesburg. This master bedroom has its own private bathroom with two separate his and hers sinks, a garden tub, walk-in shower with glass doors, walled-in toilet, as well as his and hers walk-in closets.

There is currently none in placed but, at NO EXTRA CHARGE, either one queen or two twin size beds can be provided if the renter so prefers. Available in the room is an 8-drawer dresser with mirror, one bed side table with drawers, and a chest cabinet for extra in-room storage. This master bedroom also has a separate door providing direct access to a fully screened shared back patio with a wonderful view of the 17th hole golf fairway.

For shared use is a kitchen with free use of all appliances there are, a dining area, breakfast nook, laundry area, and the family living room. In addition to the master bedroom are two other rooms that are for my exclusive use only.

High speed internet is provided all throughout the house for free. Monthly electricity and water bills will need to be shared 50/50.

Parking spaces for up to two vehicles are provided on the driveway for the renter(s). Access to the house will be thru the garage for which one remote garage door opener will be provided. Entry to garage can also be thru a password protected keypad.

No overnight guests allowed unless agreed upon ahead of time.
