Crescent Pointe Parkway

2 (possibly 3) Female roommates needed for July/August 2023 - August 2024. My current roommates are graduating so I am looking for female, preferably professional/graduate students, for the next housing year. House is dog friendly, but will have one dog currently living there next year. Cats not preferred as I’m allergic. Each person will have their own room and bathroom with a half bath downstairs. Entire house is fully furnished with washer and dryer, minus utensils and bedrooms. Townhome has a double garage and is in a quiet neighborhood.

I’m a 3rd year PhD student at A&M studying Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology. I have a 6 year old dog named bodeey and he is a sweet sweet boy who is lazy but loves a good cuddle. He does shed a lot but I am usually very on top of keeping it swept up. Since I’m in grad school I am frequently at my Lab or studying at coffee shop. While I do take my studies seriously, I still frequent northgate sometimes and travel a lot!
