The walkout basement has a huge bedroom and a living room area with a wet bar. The basement door leads directly out to the fenced in backyard, which is perfect for dog owners! You’ll have the basement to yourself, aside from the shared laundry room. There is a shared kitchen upstairs too.

2 people (Me and my boyfriend) live here. We are both 25 year old Mechanical engineers working for a defense contractor. I went to Virginia tech and I enjoy baking, gardening, and hiking. My boyfriend is also a Hokie and he loves sports and playing games on Xbox. My dog is very friendly and sleeps all day, but she gets super excited to meet new people and dogs. I would love to find a roommate with a dog that is friendly towards other dogs.

Ideally, I am looking for someone who is relatively quiet and clean like me! We are both pretty laid back and easy to get along with. If you are interested in getting to know us or want to see the place, let me know!
