There is a 1 bedroom for rent in a 3 story home. Room is located on 2nd floor.

Tenant will have their own full bathroom with bathtub for private use.

Will have use to kitchen, living room, balcony

Room has full bed with headboard and closet , dresser and tv

This room is ideal for one individual or a mother and a young child.

Another female is residing at the residence on a different floor so if preferable if the tenant is a female.

There is a school in the community that is ranked 9/10 and only for children who live in the community .

There are cats in the home so the tenant must be okay with cats.

Tenant must provide current pay stubs and ID. Employment will be verified.

Rent will depend on if it’s 1 or 2 people but it is roughly $1,095.

All utilites, internet and amenities for the communities are included.
