Private room and bath for rent with Pool and GYM Lively Ranch in Georgetown, Texas (off Hwy. 29 and Ronald Reagan).

Looking for a single mature, quiet professional to rent a single bedroom in our lovely 2,600 square foot home. It is a 2-story, 4-bedroom executive home built in 2020. We will supply all kitchen equipment and appliances. Use of washer and dryer is permitted.

$825 per month, with all bills paid (includes wifi high speed internet, water, electricity, gas, and trash disposal. Use of neighborhood pool and short walk to neighborhood gym. No smoking, no pets, and must like cats. (We have two hypoallergenic Bengal cats). This is an upstairs bedroom; the upstairs area also has a loft where I sometimes work.

We are located off Highway 29 near Ronald Reagan about 15 minutes from charming Georgetown Square and Blue Hole. We are 3 minutes to the new H-E-B shopping plaza, as well as 15 minutes to Walmart and Wolf Ranch Shopping Center. We are also within driving distance to the high-tech corridor: GM, Dell, Amazon, PayPal, Google, Visa, Apple, National Instruments, Intel, Ebay, Facebook, etc.

Available for immediate move-in with a 1 year lease upon approval following in-person interview. A background/criminal check and references are required. The first month’s rent of $825 as well as a refundable deposit of $825 is due upon move in.

Room is furnished with a comfy queen sized bed, small writing desk, night stand, armoire, and closet. There is street parking available.

The Lively Ranch community offers lovely amenities such as a gorgeous recreation center with a large pool and workout room. There are various walking trails and parks in the area.
