Jordana's room

Hi there. My name is Jordana and I own a 4 BR home in the Orchards area of Vancouver. I currently have 2 male renters upstairs ages 35-53, I have my own bedroom downstairs and the other bedroom downstairs will be available in mid to late February sometime. The monthly rent is $750 a month and includes all utilities including internet and cable. The other two renters work different hours outside of the home. I work daytime hours from home. I dogsit sometimes and there are two cats full time in the house. We have a nice yard with a firepit, lounging area and BBQ. We are quiet and clean and drama free. I have pictures of the common areas of the house but not of of the bedroom yet. It is about 11 x 15 with a closet and a ceiling fan. The window faces east and is on the front of the house..the main bathroom of the house is shared between the three rented bedrooms for showers. I Require all potential roommates to pass a criminal background check if we get to that point. There are 3 of us…me, female 53, 1 male 35 and 1 male 53. We all do our own things but we get along well and are respectful of each other and our different work schedules. We are all very easy going and none of us care about your politics…your life is your business.
