It’s near Arden Way / Market Square at Arden. Only minutes to downtown. Quick walk to the Swantson station Blink fitness nearby, but property has large fitness center included with rent. Close to the Cal Expo Center and local colleges

I’m full time military. I just relocated to Sacramento from the East Coast. -hobbies: many.. fitness, business/real estate, art, and soon to begin pilot training
Seeking a roommate to rent a 3/2 with garage at The Eisley.
The Eisley has all amenities you might want. Pool Hot tub Gym Ping pong Billiard Beer on tap (complex provides a card to get 32oz a day to encourage the community to use the spaces they’ve created.) Large lounge / lobby Business areas
Basically tons of free space to roam, work network, play, or relax
I do not do drugs of any kind being full-time in the service. No smoking of anything in units.
No pets.
