About the room
Private room in a 3 bedroom townhouse. Spacious room and large, private master bathroom. Quiet street, ample street parking. Spacious living room, porch, and kitchen.
Queer friendly household! There are 2 rooms we are trying to find roommates for. The other room is the same size and is also $775/month. There is a hallway bathroom.
Move-in is for March 1 and can be a little before. The lease ends in May 2k24, it can either be month-to-month or you can sign on for the remainder of the lease. Utilities vary. No smokers
About the roomies
There is one roommate hoping to stay and will be taking the master bedroom. He is quiet and courteous. He is a therapist and works in-person tuesday-saturday. He likes to host Dungeons and Dragons games on sunday and monday nights. He does not cook often.
We are also looking for a second roommate to fill the third room.
