CHERYL's room

I have two bedrooms upstairs both have their own bathroom in my home that I would like to rent to a single female. I am only renting one, you can pick which room you want. I have 2 dogs that stay downstairs with me but of course you have to be nice to them :). I live in a great neighborhood and a person who rents the room has alot of privacy. I also have an inground pool In my back yard , I have a gym, both you are welcome to use and you get a one car garage.

I live alone in my home with my 2 dogs. It is a large house you will have a lot of privacy. I am very neat and I need for you to be . And coming in late at night doesn’t work for me either. I work a lot and need my sleep.
