This is a roommate shared apartment. The large private room for rent includes utilities, large closet and TV. The building has a laundry mat in the basement that you are allowed to use. Previous roommates had the option to purchase their own bed, however basic bed frame and mattress can be further discussed if desired. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. Small dogs are allowed, however not allowed to leave your room. Located 8 min from 2/5 train, near Pelham shopping center. The room is rented weekly for $225, meaning that your room rental lease ends and begins every week. I only need someone until May.
