This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 2 living room property is located in a beautiful neighborhood right across from Brushy Creek Park. Neighbors are all very friendly. Great walking paths all around. Neighborhood pool. 2 car garage. More available parking all around neighborhood, including parallel parking spots right next to the house. Washer and Dryer on site. Walking distance to neighborhood mailbox. The floor plan has a living room, kitchen, and master bedroom (occupied) and bathroom, as well as the guest bathroom. The upstairs also has it’s own living room, bathroom, and three bedrooms (one occupied) with their own walk in closets. Looking to fill two rooms upstairs that have a shared bathroom for all upstairs roomies. So I have TWO ROOMS available to fill for $553 EACH, just to specify. There is a half bathroom downstairs as well to use incase the one upstairs is occupied. Preferably have to be comfortable sharing bathroom with other males. Management is very reliable for any maintenance issues, usually solved within a week. Very clean, never had an issue with pests. Rent is managed online through management app, utilities/internet are paid separately and usually just handled through venmo. Utilities usually varies $50 per person, and internet $23. So in total about $620-ish a month to handle everything.

Upstairs roomie is very clean and keeps to himself, age 30, only goes to work and then heads home, likes video gaming, walking around neighborhood. Roomie downstairs also keeps to herself, age 24, owns two ferrets, works full time then goes home, likes listening to music. You will not have to worry about noise past quiet hours, even though upstairs roomie is usually a night owl, he is very quiet. Roomie downstairs plays music through Alexa but at a reasonable volume. That is about the most noise we would make. We usually do not invite outside guests for any longer than a few hours, so no parties or drinking/smoking is common. This house is where we come to rest and relax, our social lives are enjoyed elsewhere.
