William's room

Hello, it’s an old house, 2 bed room one bath, I’m a minimalist so I don’t have allot of things, I have my bed and a 75 inch TV few paintings and some other things, the house doesn’t have a washer or dryer. I have a garage but store my mower and weedeater in there for the lawn, I do have a car port so you have that to park in, it’s a cool house, redid the bathroom tile and a the shower is only a year old as well is the toilet, the carpet is 3 years old and I recently painted the inside, next is the outside. I dont really need a roommate but figured extra income will be nice, I don’t really need that either, I myself stay up fairly late so I’m a night owl, I bartend and go to the gym frequently, I’m 33 and I don’t have allot of traffic come through my house. Don’t host parties or anything because that’s a good way to destroy the house, I’m probably looking for someone older, who is mellow. I do drink but don’t smoke cigarettes or weed, I have nothing against either just hate the house smelling like it. Have any questions let me know, thankyou!

So as I said, I’m 33, male, live by myself, work close to home. Stay up late. Watch allot of movies and shows and have a nice entertainment system, you’ll have range of the TV as well, unless there is an OU game on lol!
