The room is suited for a single and responsible professional that would like to live in a highly serene community, and far-removed from the chaos that heavy traffic brings with it.

1. The occupant will own a bathroom and toilet with and would have access to the kitchen and other common areas + amenities
2. Rent is $1050/month with ALL UTILITIES
3. The lease is a month-to-month
4. Access to garage
5. Be ready to submit to a background check and pay prior moving in
6. This is a non-smoking (cigarette + vaping) and no pet home
7. No couples
8. Deposit: $500 (refundable)
9. The room is furnished and available for immediate move-in
