Just 2 miles to Friday’s seasonal Hip Donelson Farmers Market with local vendors, food trucks, music and more. A few minutes more and you can be at the Nashville Farmers Market which operates 7 days, year round with a wide range of restaurants in the Market House.

Rates: Feb and March are discounted $200 per month. Regular rate is $1700 for the DonelsonZen Suite.

CLEANING Weekly or twice monthly cleaning is included in the regular rental price. It is NOT included discounted stays, but can be arranged with fees paid directly to the housekeeper.

I’ve been in Nashville since 2005. This was my personal home for 15 years and I love this neigborhood. A mature Hospice nurse and her small dog are moving in Feb 1 and planning to stay through year’s end, so ideally looking for someone to stay 3 months +, but open to discuss. This is a 30 day minimum, fully furnished, utilities-included mid-term rental for travel nurses, interns, digital nomads, healthcare stays, relocation, etc.
